About Nicholas Sparks...

If you haven't read any of his books or if you haven't watched any of his movies, even without your knowledge, it would be a real surprise for all of us. Remember 'A Walk to Remember'? Well, that movie was inspired by Nicholas Sparks' novel, 'A Walk to Remember'. And that was a great movie, easily competing on any genre. And we could only imagine how good the book is.

Nicholas Sparks was born in December 31, 1965 (what a day to be born!!!) in Nebraska.

Nicholas Sparks has 17 novels published in total (18 with the upcoming book "The Longest Ride" in 2013) and two novels never published which were written when he was in school. Out of the published novels, 8 were made out as movies and they were a huge success all over the world. Don't get the wrong impression, almost all of his books are bestsellers.

Genuine romance combined with a unique blend of suspense and thriller and with mind blowing twists have made Nicholas Sparks' books a massive success.

The following is a briefing of Nicholas Sparks' romance novels and the movies that were inspired by the books.

Nicholas Sparks books...

01) The Longest Ride

"The Longest Ride" is the latest upcoming novel by Nicholas Sparks, which is scheduled to be released to shelves on September 17, 2013.

The Longest Ride has two stories. A story of a ninety-one year old man at the brink of death after meeting with a fatal car accident, reminiscing the best moments of his life with his dead wife. And on the other part of the town a young love kindles between a college girl and a 'young cowboy'.

The story depicts how these two couples although entirely from two different generations, still go through the same sweets of love. And since this is Nicholas Sparks, do expect a twist in the tale somewhere in the story line.
